The DBFS Project has been delivered since January 2014, and has proven to be a huge success accross the South West.
It has been designed specifically to give absolute beginners', the 'Whole' upholstery experience of building furniture traditionally from scratch.
It's a fabulous introduction to all the traditional upholstery tools, materials and techniques, an extremely enjoyable experience with incredible results!
Upon arrival at the course venue, you will be greeted by Leigh-Anne and your very own
'DBFS Upholstery Kit' containing the traditional materials ready cut and prepared for you to begin to assemble your foot stool.. The traditional Upholstery tools needed will be ready for you at your very own weekend work station.
You'll come away from this weekend workshop with a hand made foot stool measuring 20" x 20" x 10", is complete with the beautiful decorative deep buttoning technique made famous by Chesterfield and their marvellous timeless sofa's, feeling a high sense of achievement, having learned an age old traditional skill and with the confidence to continue your new practice.
